Absinthe at Pirates Alley
A little bar off Pirates Alley in New Orleans Louisiana is worth a side trip to watch people partake of Absinthe. A treat to watch being made, the changing colors of the drink looks much like a witch potion being cooked up. Known to be haunted as well, this bar is worth the stop if you are in NOLA.
